As usual, great review, honestly, they’re a pleasure to watch and you can really get a deep insight on every watch reviewed. Also, good job on that animation you did when talking about the watch’s silhouette, top notch! Funny what you said about not being able to use the bezel as a fidget spinner. SM did a great job on this homage. Anyway, keep up the good work.
I have the green version. To me, the bezel just feels like it rotates smoothly and I don't feel any clicks anywhere on the rotation. I like it. I've had the watch for a couple of months now and have only engaged the bezel 2-3 times so it doesn't really matter to me anyway. I do like the feel on wrist and I really like the beads of rice bracelet. I also like the on the fly adjustment. I find that I fine tune it quite a bit. I agree it would have been great to have a more standard caseback. Thanks for the review.
Great review, this is the kind of watch would really be a great daily wear GADA. But for me that would mean having a date complication. If they put a color mateched one at the 4:30 position it would be even be a step away from the Longines.
I have the Longines Legend Diver & this popped-up in the search results. Pretty decent looking replica … it has similar design aesthetics as Longines; not going to hate on it, since I’ve not seen one close-up.
The lld is 3-5x the price it should be. Never bought a homage in my life but it's actually ridiculous considering how many faults it has and that the alpina compressor looks way better for much cheaper
@@AndreiGeorgescu-j9pYes, I also like the green color & don’t think that Longines offers it. My Longines was acquired at discount, but they’re fairly expensive & mine came on a hybrid leather strap whereas the SM bracelet looks nice.
I want to get a strapcode mesh bracelet. You think brushed or polished would be better suited for this watch? I can't decide or tell what the original LLD comes on
What a beautiful homage! I do agree they should have had standard caseback removal notches for easier removal. Also, I wish they had either put a see-through back or some sort of cool design. I still bought this watch though, since the Legend Diver has always been one of my favorites. LOL
See through case backs are the absolute worst. Adds to the cost, you never look at it, not even interesting unless it's highly decorated, adds thickness, adds another fragile part, and feels weird sometimes
Wow you think they could rip off Longines legend diver anymore than this I mean come on man I'm expecting on the back to have a diver like he's floating in the water I mean if you're going to steal it let's just steal the whole thing
Are you not familiar with what a homage is? Particularly a Chinese one? With that being said they're going to eventually make it better than the original since unlike the Swiss the Chinese actually take feedback and improve their watches
@@shamelessplace11 except legally it's not a copy and has a number of differences. Are you upset you paid an enormous amount for what is really a $400 watch?

I’m slowly trying and learning new things to make my videos a bit more interesting. Glad you enjoyed it
Love your videos, verry straight to the point. (Sorry for my english)

That is basically what my experience has been too. Barely use the bezel so also don’t care about the action. Watch wears great and looks great too!

Thanks for the great review. I think it’s a great watch. I may be wrong, but I think the link takes you to a different watch. Thanks again!
Thank you 😊
I fixed the link 😉
I definitely prefer V2!

Not a replica, it's a homage to Longines. It would've said Longines on it if it was a replica.
I’ve done both of what you asked for . Thanks for the review.
Thank you 🙏🏻

I heard the bezel action is pretty bad on this, did they ever fix that with the version 2?
Apparently they did

It doesn't say Longines on it, it's a homage.
@@TomasCatalan-i3w you do realize homage is just a polite way to say a rip off
