Wow that's a wild glitch. Somehow my favorite level from THUG makes its way into THUG 2 lol. I forgot to mention in the THUG 1 videos how much I adore the Jersey level. It's like the Grove Street of the Tony Hawk series, it just feels like home.

looking it up, it says "complete the story mode on Sick difficulty". If you know you have done that, maybe the soldier is version-specific?
