After the Leonardo Palma Nova hotel the hill is steep, but levels off quickly :).

Hello Niamh, my husband and myself are coming to Palma nova at the end of August beginning of September, we’re a couple of oldies😊an was wondering if there is a lot of stags and hens at the hotel? it looks absolutely gorgeous and would love to stay, also is there a beach within walking distance? Silly question I know but are there stairs to spa and sky pool? As I am claustrophobic and can’t do lifts😬thank you in advance, very informative video 👍
Hi Sylvia, thanks for you watching and your question :) If you did chose to stay at Elba you'll have a wonderful time! It's a fantastic property and very relaxing. In terms of hens and stag parties, I would say they would be staying towards the Magaluf side of town.. (but if anyone knows different let us know :) ) The management are the type to be on top of guests who are having too much of a good time shall we say. For the beach, there's two, when you come out of the hotel, turn left for Magaluf and right for Palma Nova (Son Matias beach) which is much more relaxed atmosphere. My partners Dad would prefer to use the stairs (hates lifts too), but the Spa can be accessed via the stairs to the side of the lift :) and there is stairs to the Sky Pool as well. It's always quieter up there. When we booked we asked for a higher floor room, the hotel accommodated so the sky pool was quite handy. Niamh x

This looks like such a gem, but I cannot for the life of me understand why it isn't adults only. It doesn't have any facilities for kids anyway, so it's definitely not targeted towards families, but then if someone is looking for adults only hotels, they skip past it, because it technically isn't one.
Hi there thanks for your comment. You are right. The hotel is definitely geared towards adults and couples.

Is it on a steep hill,will it be ok for someone with walking difficulties thanks
This hotel wouldn’t be suited to someone with walking difficulties as there is two steep hills either side of the hotel, however there is a taxi rank close by and taxis in both Magaluf and Palma Nova are readily available. Niamh x
