@@realmckaywrigley Would there be a great Windows alternative to FlowVoice? Tried Whisper but it doesn't stream and def not as fast as yours. Dope, great work!
Very good tutorial. So many players in this niche e.g v0, cursor, Github copilot. This is my view and I could be wrong. A new programmer will benefit from learning basics for frameworks/ languages like react, fast api, python etc then use AI to generate code. In that case you will only need LLM' s onl y and not these code generation tools
Crazy times. Is traditional coding dead? seems like the aura of exclusivity of “a software developer” is gone and it has become a “cheap job”, no need to waste time learning syntax or anything else anymore when even a chimp with AI can crank out working software like there’s no tomorrow. Fascinating but also kinda demotivating
You would have much more effective conversations if you tried to learn just a little bit of coding so you can give technical instructions, not just rambles into the microphone. LLMs will do much better with less prompts this way.
I’m a professional developer by training. I’m trying to help a lot of the newer coders out there who are starting to build for the 1st time because of AI. This video aims to replicate a workflow that will be much more similar to what they’ll go through.

Markup is like json for translating between design apps. Pretty standard format. For example an output from an lmk to make a blog post formatted in markdown.
Your content is superb!! Thanks for taking the time to create these tutorials!
The STT is a nice add-on and the star of the comments :)
would be very cool to have a workflow that has access by default to all these components and builds landings all on its own
Haha coincidentally I was going to work on standing up a basic landing page today for my new startup. Good timing :D
What do you use for speech to text?
this is good for non designers devs
Really cool demo!
Great, more like this please. Subscribed
Which dictation utility are you using here? Thanks for making the video 🙏
flowvoice.ai :)
I think he uses BetterDictation. I personally use Whispr, which feels a bit better to me.
This looks cool and fun.. going to try this today 👍🏻
Really liked this. Which TTS plugin are you using?
Thank you , what is the command/extension to enable speech to text?

Nothing was explained just a bunch of doing and his rambling hot-take…

Lost me at 43 seconds in. Great first 43 seconds though😃

Great, next time please build some useful things. And ask for some stateful components.
Markup is not programming.

Do it solwly, you are not doing beginner friendly. I don't know a heck about type script, I wasn't able to follow
what setup are you doing do prompt cursor with your voice?
