Harness racing is hell for these standardbreds.
Two geldings WHICHWAYTOTHEBEACH and WHEELS ON FIRE were involved in a terrifying crash on 6.17.23 at Woodbine. They allegedly “walked off” but we will never know the true extent of their suffering.
