For sure. It's mostly been right around there near the airport and Desert Color due to not much happening right at Desert Canyons since last year. But there are some things in the works and will be out there soon!
Yes it will. So all the pass through traffic will no longer need to go through Toquerville and SR-17 will be dedicated back to the city. This will be great for Toquerville in my opinion

Growth is inevitable and needed but we’re not growing in a way that benefits locals or families that have been here for generations. All we’re doing is inviting more visitors, more traffic, all for people who do not love this area and care for it the way we do. They’ll trash it.
