"Life gets a bit difficult if you have too many lovers particularly in the same bed." I hope you keep a journal. That was just too funny.
I couldn't resist it - but I think it makes quite alot of sense of the way contrast works in garden colour too.
@@TheMiddlesizedGarden It makes perfect sense. And it's pithy too.
Hello from Georgia in the American South! Please keep posting. Love English country gardening.
That's great to hear. And now is a very good time for English country, so I'll keep my camera ready!
"Lovers in the same bed"....I was thinking, does that also count as a pun.? My garden style by far is cottage gardening, one day I'd love to come to the UK an send all my time roaming the open gardens.
It is indeed a pun. Hope you get a trip to the UK for lots of open gardens one day
Will now be thinking if my flowers are friends or lovers! Really interesting way to think of them. Enjoy all your videos.
Thank you!
Foliage is so often overlooked when considering texture. Great video, thank you

Her garden is beautiful. How do people get a beautiful garden like that.
I think it comes from trial and error and getting to know your garden, but she does have an artist's eye

Tqtq again for sharing...💖💝
I loved the somewhat spikey, silvery yellow foliage at about 2.45. Could you please identify?
You mean the tendril-like at 2:40? If so, maybe Tillandsia Spanish Moss?
@@rubyoro0 Yes, thank you
Anyone know what is the dark Lacey plant at 3:37?
I am still sure that yellow and not green is a primary colour
Hm, yes, I think you're right. Thank you.
