Worst hotel I've tried. The pool has no privacy and the room floor no clean and the room service has no responding and long queue for check in and check out

Sad to hear that. But room service that time are very accommodating. We didn't experience any hassle indeed. As for the pool better take room w own pool if you want own privacy.
