Scientific research shows that people who remain free for some time are prone to stress because brain likes challenges and when you have no challenge,the mind itself creates negative thoughts as a challenge so you think it as challenge. So remain less free if free do mindfulness. And sit less walk more.people who sit more can have more chances of anxiety.
