So remain less free if free do mindfulness. And sit less walk more.people who sit more can have more chances of anxiety.

I am a teenager but I also faced that problem you had of "I am gonna die" and for some reason in the day i used to be normal and happy but as soon the evening will start to take over this thought of death would come to me only in evening and night every single day. Because of this i couldn't sleep also and i think that was thr most difficult phase of my life till now, but Allhumdulillah now I am fine 😊😊 BTW randomly found your channel and now addicted to your content 🎉 luv you so much❤❤❤❤
