- Today we're on a tour of @rasginga 's family farm in the mountains of Grenada! We check out and taste some different varieties of cocoa fruit, sample some red sugarcane, check on the goat herd and attempt to drink some GIANT water coconuts.

another amazing video! How old is Ras Ginga? This country living of the land keeps you eternally young! My great grandparents lived by themselves off the land in countryside Romania and both active and strongmind util their deaths at age 98 and 95.
