Steve Hoffman Yes, me too! The last time I saw their concert was in Tokyo many years ago. Hopefully they would play again in NY! They are so talented, mix of rock and beautiful ballad!!

Toshi should have shown more energy! Like he did in Last live! Sugizo is always a king! He takes opportunies and showing!
I agree, but I think he showed well! His outfit probably didn't allow him to run around! It would be like running around in a business suit.
Steve Hoffman I was disappointed they decided to go very flash with Toshi's outfit. I know they were trying to make the right impression to the American audience, but I feel like him even just showing up with his leather pants and no shirt or a plain shirt is alright. He's not young anymore but aside from when they were spiking their hair and wearing makeup, Toshi's image was always that of the vocalist, not something flashy.

What did you use to record this?
This was on an iphone 5S which has some image stabilization. For comparison, Silent Jealousy was recorded on an iPhone 5, which does not have stabilization. The new iphones are even better.
Steve Hoffman I'm amazed your phone is this good at video! (I'm still rocking an ancient iPhone. Time to upgrade!)

i guess these 5 Japanese guys were a little bit getting in temper when confronting MSG,The saint place of rock show...something bugs me about the atmosphere...

Ugh... I don't think it's the case, but it sounds like Yoshiki is playing without a click in his ear to set the tempo. Sounds really sloppy and untight.
He's actually always played "loose" to me. Of course, I listen to a lot of guys like Bobby Jarzombek and Mike Mangini that are technically impeccable! I'm a drummer, and if the tempo was off, it was somewhat minimal to me, as I only noticed it once during the show.
Glad to hear that, then it's only because of the weird sound with echoing etc.
TheOrthoptist Yes, the sound was quite echo-ey. for some of the songs, but it is like that in MSG.
