@@Trxslash nah essentially what i mean is that’s what the “Era” is called so basically any Japanese Godzilla movie that comes out from 2016-present is called the Reiwa. Shin Godzilla 2016 was the first movie to come out in the Reiwa Era. Godzilla 1999 was the first movie to come out in the Millennium Era. Godzilla 1989 was the first movie to come out in the Heisei Era. Godzilla 1954 was the first movie to come out in the Show Era. Or you can call ‘54 the original first movie that started it all.
I been wanting to get something Godzilla related for quite some time, and I think I'll probably get the '84, along with recently released Gigan, which looks great. I may also the Mechagodzilla one. Ghidora would even better, but the only one out now is not the 60s/70s style.
@@dama_pc I actually bought these on BoxLunch’s website. They also sell them at Hot Topic. The primary reason I don’t buy Funkos on Amazon anymore is because the preorder dates are super far out in advance when these are already released at other local retailers.
I just realized that they are not just random releases, each one represents the first godzilla of each era
Thank god I’m not the only die hard fan that knows this.
1954 - Showa Era
1984 - Heisei Era
1999 - Millennium Era
2016 - Reiwa Era
Wow! That makes total sense now, it’s so interesting to know this fact! Appreciate you!
@@CarlosP32 no problem man👍
@@Dr3_08 I didn’t knew shin Godzilla was called Reiwa

1954 is my personal favorite but you should definitely by the 1999 since the spine is a different color 😇
@@CarlosP32 alright then 2000 it is
I want to get the 1984 and 2000
How the hell did you get those? I can’t even get them from Amazon because they’re on pre-order bro they must’ve given you an early copy.

Is it just me or does shin godzilla’s face look goofy
I thought the mold for his face looked very different from the movie but that’s just my opinion.
I have Godzilla 1954 and 1984 Funko Pops!
They're both great pops.
@@CarlosP32 Yep
where did you pick them up?
I picked these up at my local BoxLunch. You can find them online as well as Hot Topic.
