2, years but most require 4 years Bachelor of Science degree and then they have to pass an exam. And also it’s an almost a necessity to go thru some type of residency but not required depending on the employer

I completely agree with you. He keeps saying that the child is a reflection/representation of their parents and household. At the end of the day, every parent can be critiqued and seen as doing better; children still have a mind of their own and strong outside influences.
