Wowza them dumplings looked so nice. I have to say you put that trailstar through its paces. It took a battering but you looked sheltered and just make it out at the right time. A good memory made as I always say in conditions like that.

If if’d have had the normal Config and pitched a bit lower, and with my usual trekking poles it definitely wouldn’t have been a problem. @@vvs3796 hi, they were LEKI Khumbu Lite. I borrowed them for my Dad as the twist lock on my LEKI Voyagers had jammed. My Voyagers are definitely more robust compared to my Dad’s. 👍

Like I said in the video, I plugged the external mic into headphone port instead of the mic port. 🤦♂️ Decided to use my Proper camera instead of my GoPro and the stabilisation isn’t as good. @@vvs3796 it snapped at the 115cm marker of the middle section. The gust caused it to bend almost double before it broke in two. Hope that helps. 👍
