I don't think a US release is coming. Look at games like Sega's Phantasy Star Online 2, which still hasn't had a US release after 5 years. Hasbro also didn't mention any plans to release it outside of China during a convention, so between that and the failing popularity of Transformers in the West, we may never get a chance to play this.
