In our latest video, we’re taking you on a magical journey through the heart of Paris, exploring the city’s iconic landmarks beautifully adorned for the holiday season.
We begin at the Galeries Lafayette, a Parisian institution that has been celebrating Christmas with its iconic tree since 1912. This year, the store is transformed into a winter wonderland, enchanting guests with its spectacular Christmas windows and the iconic giant Christmas tree.
Next, we visit the Eglise de la Madeleine, a historic church that was once conceived by Napoleon I as a Greek temple dedicated to the glory of his Grand Army in 1806. During the holiday season, the church takes on a special charm, adding to the festive atmosphere of the city.
Our journey continues to the Palais Garnier, a historic opera house that has been a symbol of Paris since the 19th century. Every Christmas, the Palais Garnier hosts a special performance of The Nutcracker, a beloved holiday tradition.
We then make our way to the Place de la Concorde, one of the largest squares in Paris, which transforms into a festive spectacle during the holiday season. The famous monument in Paris is adorned in blue for the Holidays and gets surrounded by a forest of fir trees.
Finally, we end our tour at the Jardin de Tuileries, where a traditional Christmas Market takes place every year. With around 80 wooden chalets set in the exceptional garden setting, it’s the perfect place to experience the magic of Christmas in Paris.
