I mean, one of the best players in the world was defeated by a neco arc main at Evo in Japan. I'm not saying she's S tier or anything, I'm just trying to point out she's not trash, for me she's about mid tier I also started my journey with the game as a neco arc and now I'm almost an A+ with her
She has immense and powerful zoning tools, and excellent projectiles that disrupt the field in random ways, so that the opponent's out isn't always "just jump over it". She is also particularily difficult to hit from the air, due to her small hurtbox when crouching. She also has one of the best, if not the best, 5AAA in the entire game. People just look at the stubby normals and immediately thinks she's bad.
@@Khint i dont even play the game (cause i suck at fighting games) and i know the value of Neco-Arc. She is an absolute wild card where she can go from zoning, to being in your face and kicking your ass, and then going back to zoning. She's probably one of the more fair, but also more annoying puppet characters on the likes of other program summoners like Nappa in DBFZ
@@Shavix She is the worst in the game, but you can do a lot with her because of all the crazy stuff she can throw onto the screen. She's a menace if you don't know how she works and amazing Neco Arc players like Kurii can just run over people because she's a knowledge check.
