- Hi everyone, Here are some photos taken at the Tall Ships festival in Gloucester. Back for 2022 after being cancelled during covid. The Tall Ships festival is a 3 day event that has lots to see and do for all the family.

Loved the image at the 0:32 mark and the close-up's of the railing at 0:43 - it looks like it's in grayscale and then turns into color - it really leads you into the photo!!

Those tall ships are tricky to photograph, I find it's hard to fit them into a single frame and then you have all of the people and safety fencing to work around too. My favourite shot though was the two blokes dressed up as HMS Victory!
Yes Andrew it was raining quite heavily when we set off so I didn’t take my camera. I took them on my iPhone & I just get so frustrated with it. Rain VC eventually stopped & then I was regretting leaving camera behind. Yes exactly ! Thank you for stopping by to take a look x💕
@@Kimspics59 Have you invested in a camera bag yet? I bought a fairly cheap Dura Gadget sling bag which whilst it isn't weatherproof is handy to keep the camera dry and has enough space to carry all sorts of stuff - I prefer it to my rucksack type camera bag. Phones are a nightmare, I hate mine for taking photos.
