It's not about your height, it's all about the inside leg seam. As a short rider myself (5ft5 with a 28" inseam), I like the Monsters, as they have plenty of power and yet have adjustable seats which can be further lowered with the lower seat which can be purchased. The other option if you have the cash is the Diavel, as the cruiser style means the seats are very low already. Ultimately, if you are a confident rider who doesn't need to have a foot down and are happy on tip-toes, feel free to get a sports bike! You will probably have to sit with your ass half on the seat in order to get your foot fully down on the ground at red lights though, so you need lots of confidence and planning to stop safely.
