He actually is fairly easy though with properly upgraded armor and the right strategy. Once you memorize his moves then it’s very predictable. I use frostcraft greatsword and I rarely cart to him. I think he’s actually easier than regular Rajang

Actually...no. Gunlance Player here. We love Furious George because he stands still more often than normal Rajang, which means we have to chase him less, which means we can exploit our free dmg more.
@@zihuatenejo not entirely, he's just too fucking agile that it's hard to hit him without too much risk. Even if you do manage to see through all of his attacks he is still a menace because the bullshit stuff he does.

Oh boy THIS. More than any elder dragon (which are hard on it's own) I had THIS feeling against Deviljho. He used to beat the crap out of me (cause I didnt have the proper skills/decorations and weapon) Then I was able to spank him every time. First one to happen I was yelling at his dead body "Now who's the food chain daddy huh?"
Protip: when mounting with an SnS you can shield bash the monster's head up to 8 times by waiting for half a second after the two bashes and repeating the input. After the monster is down, you are very likely to K.O. it for more free damage.

Holy shit, I've never fought this guy but i love how expressive he is, like, little things like the way he props himself against the wall when you knock him back at 5:16 - little things like this that make monsters feel like they are actually part of the world and not just entities in a game, it's awesome
This happens after a part break if he encounters a wall during his stumbling animation. If he puts his hand on a wall, he will quickly leap at the player to try and land a punch.
Its a counter attack stance, you break a part to make him stumble and if hes able to cling to a wall or object, he doesn't fall but instantly retaliates with a jumping attack that does massive damage. The amount of times I saw people runnig up on a stumbling furious rajang just to get oneshot is REALLY high.
Seriously, your hunter together with Ted are so damn wholesome. Just two best buddies having a bath. A calm before the storm (the storm being Ted insulting you during hunts).
The use of BONK, fart noises and Tom's screaming makes this easily one of the funniest videos I've ever seen, even though I don't actually play the game

SnS even had the gimmicks taken away and it's still phenomenal. It took away the oils and had to give everybody the power to fire slingers without holstering their weapons. And the sword and shield is still top tier. The next nerf they're going to have to do is just to remove it from the game

This is why SnS is my go-to. The insane versatility of the weapon makes it crazy fun to play. You get KO, you get slashing, you get a shield that blocks WAY more than it should, you can use items with weapon out even tho sheath time is practically zero anyway, you actually have a choice between elemental and raw damage, and you get 3 lovely damage combos that can be used depending on the opening, and can be spacebar'd out of early if necessary. Throw some evade window on there and you're untouchable. Also, both evasion and temporal mantles are extra broken because the backstep counts as an evasion, and temporal makes you push immune during falling bash. I wish perfect rush did more part damage, cuz that's what I'm spamming 90% of the time, but hey I guess that's what falling bash is for. Trusty sword and board has gotten be through fights I never thought I was capable of

Everytime I felt tilted by a Monster, I too put on the good ol' Aerial SnS and let the Chosen Undead flow through my veins as I whispered to myself to "Git gUd"
That thing sucked the life out of me so much that I completely rage quit the whole game for a while. 😂😂 On my second playthrough I went for a glaive main and found the increased aerial mobility to be a huge plus against many monsters, especially speedsters like Rajang. Granted, he still killed me like 20 or something times, but for this guy that's like beating Nergigante on first try. 😂
I love how the quest is named "new are number one" as a reference to when goku used super saiyan 3 against kid buu and vegeta said to himself "your the only one who can do this kakarot, you are number 1"

That's why always create loadouts so you won't bother to put some items manually to your inventory..

Nah they focus a majority of the time trying to kill each other so it's pretty manageable all things considered
Rajang is a dark souls boss more than anything else, thus you have to treat it like one to score a victory
Look there's a lot of games where that will work but trying to stay behind the angry monke and butt stabbing him is just not an option.
I'm fairly certain Tempered Boi could take every dark souls boss at the same time without trouble
