I had no idea it was a Macross song, but I remember it from my childhood on a janky 76000 in 1 console. For anybody interested, the song is called Little White Dragon or Shao Pai Long and it's obviously from Macross. There's a version from the anime itself and it's cool to hear what this chiptune was based on! Just figured I'd share for any other folks who might be going down this rabbit hole as well haha.
