This is not how the HTM5 ReportViewer works. It's a client side component that uses a REST service to get the report (there is no 'code-behind'). If you need more advanced source setup, you can use a custom Report Resolver. See docs.telerik.com/reporting/telerik-reporting-rest-custom-report-resolver

Hi Sergio, that error is because there's no assembly reference (or NuGet package) for System.Web.Http or there's a BindingRedirect that is pointing to a version older than 4.0.
