I love your grills. I just saw your latest video with the smoker. I heard you say that you are from eastern NC. I have a 275 gallon grill, and I used your idea for the charcoal cooking tray. Can you tell me the size of the metal you used for your charcoal tray. Thank you
Hi, I am a member of a fraternal organization that does a lot of charity work; we would love to amp up our game in helping support our local Veterans - we can't afford to purchase one of these but would be interested in getting more information on the build - is that something you would consider? We're hoping to have 2 pig roasts this summer, as well as a few other events - in order to raise more funds to be able to help more!
Gotcha, thanks. A couple more questions if you don't mind. I am looking to cook whole hogs. How big of a hog could you put in this cooker? Also, have you made anything like a double rack system to help flip the hog? I would be interested in this too.
Harbor Freight Trailer? Build details would be great.
Outstanding cooker!
Any way you could move the charcoal tray to the rear and put a table on front like the gas one... just a thought 🤔
I've made em like that before, the front pan just seems to cook better and more even, Thanks.
I need one of these
