Great tractor and video. The Allis Chalmers dealer in Groveport Ohio had a D-21 he pulled in NTPA called the "Double-Trouble". I remember it well even if it was 40 years ago.
right on bro an allis D-21 finnally getting somw limelight. look's real good tearing up that old milo shoot's or corn stalk's. that's neat your honey is there with you too. makes it alot better than doing it alone.
Having a hard time handling 5 18's some weight on the front would help. Man she sounds incredible though, love those AC Diesels, we had a 7040 and a 200 along with a D17, D19, and 190 on the Gas side of things.
we have a 7000 a 185 3 d-17 series 1s and 2 are gas 1 diesel the diesel isnt running and one of the gas d-17s puts corn and haylage up 2 50 foot silos and it has a series 4 motor in it but id love to find a 210 or a 220
Very nice, but you Dont have the traction booster on or its not adjusted, a21 will play with 5 and wouldn't lift with tb running right. Still beautiful
we had a D17 , 175 5050 and a 6080 The Fiat built 5050 was probably the best. The 17 bad habit of blowing head gaskets the 175 had same engine as Massey 175. 6080 had a combine engine in it and was half American and half Fiat
The D21 commonly pulled 6 or 7 bottoms back in the day. Setting a plow can make or break a plowing demo. I can set my 4x18 so it will stop my 7050 if I want to.
On our farm we have 7000 sires and 8000 sires and a agco dt220a, agco dt275b, challenger 55 and a D21 and wd wd 45 a wd 45 diesel a d 19 and a u and much more ac
They are awesome tractors!!! That ground looks so rich and black, great video!!!

I would love a D21, my brother has a 220 and a 185. It sure plows nice.
thats nice you had your wife or daughter, or girlfriend with you in the field
makes it nice that you dont have to be alone on the tractor.
@tractorguy58 I still have my owners manual in the office for it, plow is long gone though.
love those old Allis Chalmers my grandfather farms with
That's a strong tractor!

look at that sky! WOW!
That D21 didnt plow the other part of the field?
Very nice old vid. How old is it? It seems he needs a weight on the front!
at my grandpas we have a 7000 a 185 crop hustler 3 d17s 1 diesel 2 gas and a old diesel wd 45

is that d21 without turbo-charger???

Is that a 5 or 6 bottom plow?
@powerhungrytoo nope its a series 2 turbo charged
Beautifull music, I see you have a litlle weight on that one fender!!! LOL
Funny seeing its front end off the ground.Front weights would help
Sweet!
she handles it fine. could probably pull another 2 furrows. these tires were getting old and this ground was hard. hadn't been worked for 10 years.
BULLSHIT, THAT LAND HAS NOT SAT DORMANT FOR A DECADE.
It had been no tilled for about 10 years.

Nice D21. I think it would do better with a 5-16 plow or a 4-18.

D21 is a 6-8 plow tractor just like the Case1030 (7plow)
A 1030 case wasn't even close to D21 league
An other Allis Chalmers smoker!
@oney135 atill are lol
and we just got an old 6080
Too much plow...can't even bury the corn stalks.
