    I’m 15 years old, and I have been throwing for 7 years and I use you tips a lot. I train everyday and I put in a lot of work. If it wasn’t for you though I wouldn’t know what I would be doing in the ring or in the sport in general. I want to say thank you for what you have done for me.

    This is one of the greatest throwing videos of all time. Thank you for sharing! One of my favorite parts is how you communicate what you are feeling in the throw, describe what is wrong, then describe how you fix it. Please keep the content coming! Would be interested in a video on your favorite drills and a video on more of these common faults/corrections.

    Great video! Really appreciated the camera work - so much of shot technique is "ground up", so it's super useful when the cameraman makes sure the footwork is properly in the shot like here.

    Great video!! As a DII coach, the most difficult thing to get across is to flow left out of the back. I saw the drill work at the end, you were working on that. So hard to get young throwers to get the idea of doing things earlier, not faster. Thanks so much!!

    As a former (long since now, lol) thrower and now coaching high school kids, this was absolutely fascinating. Watching Ryan critique his own throws and make adjustments accordingly, seeing his throwing progressions (i wonder if the rough number of the various drills leading up to the statics and fulls were accurate? seems his drill work is kept to a minimum?), listening to his approach... it's kinda information overload for me. Really enjoyed this.
    Just want to finish with Good luck at Worlds!

    Ryan this content is super awesome. I had a question though...have you ever tried rock climbing at all? It's interesting seeing your finger strength and splits and even the shoes look the same. I would bet that in raw finger strength, you could pull well beyond even elite climbers. The physiology couldn't be more different between athletes but I found the parallels fascinating. Cheers.

  • @b4dys3

    Could you build some kind of table with a pad on top that the shot could land on after hitting the net? So you wouldn't have to bend over to pick it up every time. It all adds up you know?

    • @RyanCrouser23
      @RyanCrouser23  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Which ever technique you go with stay with it don't switch back and forth, an issue I am having however I am sticking with the rotational and staying with it, don't get discouraged just because of the distance, do what you believe is best for you and stay with it!!
