So I want to know, when they flower does it give seed?

First time growing cauliflower. I'm sure it does produce seed after it flowers. I haven't had that happen yet. We are going thru a heat wave right now in Maryland. So hopefully, I can harvest the cauliflower before it's too late. I'm going the check the last two cauliflowers tomorrow morning. Might have to harvest both of them.
