Since you mentioned the french 75, im always so conflicted on how to serve it. The original recipes say to serve it over cracked ice as you would a collins, but I feel like most people’s expectations are to have it in a champagne flute. What are your thoughts?
My god, I tried this cocktail and the Champaign was terrible. I would probably do marti and Rosie 7% before this junk. This cocktail def calls for a better Champagne.
