I still think for "light weight" truck camper, we can do better. The tenacity to continue to over build based on previous designs without analysis of loads and loading continues.
HERE, we see someone challenging and using new materials for purpose of structure and insulation to the improvement of his load out. So happy to see it.

I need something like this. I have a 1500 Silverado, 4x4 with a tow package, so it can handle SOME weight but all the bed campers I like are still heavier than I'm comfortable with. And I'm nervous to tow. Nice build!

This is amazing and beautiful! The only thing I would change is I would have a double barrel "coach gun" instead of a single shot. Otherwise, great build!
