如我不落暑仔,有什麼食物可取替。(因我不吃碳水化合物)
煮完不吃就好 哈哈 可以放木薯代替 但你不吃碳水。其實主要是薯仔能把醬汁的濃稠度提高

Wouldn’t the fat from the oxtail comes out and make the entire stew all fatty
Depends on the oxtail. I will usually put it in the frig overnight then the fat will become solid on top. You can simply use a spoon to remove it

I followed the recipe and felt like the oxtail was not tender enough. I'm simmer it for another half am hr. Hopefully, it will be enough.
How did it turn out?
Depends on the size of the oxtail. The one I got in Costco is usually bigger, then I’ll simmer 1more hour

片拉太長了太悶了 , 簡化些好
牛尾這東西隨便怎麼煮,時間夠就不會有事。何必開始手續繁瑣,最後換鍋又把所有的食材通通放在一起煮爛。
大家千萬唔好買法國嘉寶雅文邑簡直垃圾
