Asalaamu alaikum brother, Allah knows best but try reading the dua of prophet Ayub as, which is " Rabbi annii massaniyadh'dhurru wa anta arhamur'raahimiin". You could also pray to Allah to remove that illness in between, he is indeed all hearing all knowing and the dua itself is a form of ibadah. May Allah cure them or you of that illness if you're referring to yourself.
Recite the Qur'an always and also purify your heart then take over the counter medicine as a believe only the rest live to Allah (S.W.T) alone , always expect reflection bro....May Allah (S.W.T) heal and ease for you everything Allah humma Amiiin❤

1. Continuous daily charity, even if it is small, with the intention of solving the problem.

Alhamdulillah
Shaddad ibn Aws narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said;
"The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is to say the following dua.
If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it,
and dies on the same day before the evening,
he will be from the people of Paradise;
And if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it,
and dies before the morning,
he will be from the people of Paradise.”
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لا إِلَهَ إِلا
أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُك
وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ
أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ
أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ
وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي
فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلا أَنْتَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa
Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka,
wa ana ‘ala ahdika wa wa’dika mastata’tu,
A’udhu bika min Sharri ma sana’tu,
abu’u Laka bini’matika ‘alaiya,
wa Abu’u Laka bidhanbi
faghfirli fainnahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta
O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You.
You created me and I am Your slave,
And I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can.
I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done.
I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me,
And I confess to You all my sins.
So I entreat You to forgive my sins,
for nobody can forgive sins except You.

The Prophet ﷺ said
If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud,
Then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things:
he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ،
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika,
min ‘adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You,
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,
And from the trials and tribulations of life and death,
And from the evil affliction of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal
( Al Bukhari )

what should I say during it?”
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

Allahumma innaka afuwun, tuhibbul afwa fa'fu annee

If the body is disposable and Allah only wants your soul.. than why is it haram to alleviate suffering from gender identity disorder by transitioning to the opposite gender/sex? When all I want to do is navigate the world as my true gender, following the rules of the gender in Islam, complete the deen, and ultimately help partake in improving our society?
