      Moun Dorado I can't say, it depends on genetics and how dedicated you are to fitness. Anyway, it's not a 1 year thing..it requires a lot of work

      i'm 21 and i'm opting to build such a body within the 5 next years ! i know it is not gonna be easy but i'm really motivated espcially by my personal life :D ...thank you anyway for the answer !

    I've been following his work out for a year now and its just amazing what I can do now then before. Dead lift from 40lbs to 350 just yesterday.

      I like your comment. I've seen too many videos and photographs of athletes with great definition but they are not photographed or filmed well and if the lighting is bad the definition isn't presented well.

    Have been an avid watcher of your videos for the last 4 months and they inspire me to work harder every day. I started out doing just the basics and whilst im still on them (im 38 out of shape and couldn't do a lot, now im doing 50 press ups on a whim), you motivate me more than any of the others I used to watch.     You, my friend, have an ideal body and fitness level, one that I, among others, strive towards.
    I have a question regarding your routine - how do you split body weight and compound exercises, like the deadlift and the bench press displayed in this video? Do you mainly focus on high intensity and explosiveness with the BW, and complement the routine with traditional heavy weight training? How does this look in terms of training frequency and duration? Would also be nice to hear about recovery.

    Kris, you are awesome. I always struggled with sticking to a routine. But now I realized I just have to be persistent and have fun while doing my workouts which makes it so much easier to stay motivated. I love how you just get outside and do your thing. I wish you all the best!

    I'm starting to train with Calisthenics, but this is the first time that I watch them performed in a video, and to this level( I read Paul wade's Convict Conditioning). If I had any doubt about bodyweight training, you just cleared them Kris!!. Saludos desde Argentina.
