I have been a GK coach now for 20 years, I coach from grass roots all the way to University level up here in Canada. I really enjoy your videos and have used some of your drills in many of my sessions. Keep up the great work! Cheers
Great video! I really enjoyed watching the different techniques that Armando and Jake showed when spreading and making themselves big on 1v1s. Also really enjoyed the camera angle facing the goal that you showed for a few clips on the 1v1 drill. Love the channel and series!
Great drills I so love these drills has really help me a lot. Am getting better and better every day in my local league matches though without a coach Hope to go pro one day. thanks
For the knee drop activation at the near post, Why is it the knee furthest away from the near post that drops? I was doing this exact drill with some young keepers and I admitted I didn’t know the answer, Been trying to source an answer but to no avail. My initial thought was movement left or right but neither of the keepers had trouble moving in either direction, left or right regardless of which knee dropped? Thoughts?
Both of them could stand to be wider in their set shape in general. I think that and having their hands higher in their set shape could help them catch more. Mando especially gets away with it when the ball is low but he only gets one hand to the ball
good points. We've definitely highlighted those areas after watching the session a few times over. It's tough to break old habits, but they've made some good improvements.
hey Pro Gk Academy ! I am the futsal goalkeeper and watching Your"s channel so much :) thanks for the tips how to be the better goalkeeper :) keep going GK PRO
I really enjoyed watching the video...since I don't have a goalkeeper coach i practice every drill i watch...sometimes they work and sometimes it doesnt..i hope one day I can get a chance to train with you...am from kenya🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Yeah it has helped me alot...like the one for 1 vs 1...it has helped me alot..do train other people other countries because I wish I can get a chance and do you sponsor goalkeepers
Bluey 1905 you can practice on crosses. For example you can toss the ball up and try to catch it mid air and do the proper technique as if it was a cross/corner. Another one you can do is just roll the ball a couple feet infront of you and then go for a save. Roll it and dive for it. Just try it it’ll make sense when you just do it.
takes a while to be honest haha But filming the sessions and then rewatching both the good & bad services, is HUGE to see what's going right vs wrong. Best way to improve your volleys imo
This vert strange because in soccer/football the striker will never be that close . This blocking is made for futsal and its only work in futsal. You will never se this work out on a big pitch . The striker will shoot long before they are this close as you now practice. Its very strange. I think a goalkeeper should work with theire hands and try to catch the ball save the ball insteed of giving rebounds Look at the MLS and CL and PL u will never see this in a game, becaouse the striker will shoot long before they are that close. A striker want to shoot as fast as possible before he / she losese the ball.
keeper with hat terrible he does not close the ground quick he s spilling balls and he forgot to cover his near post. these drills are not really one vs one situations sometimes he fell backwards and he turns his face as well. pro gk huh really?
I used to be a goal keeper for 30+ years and this videos take me back to my days of training..so much fun..great videos.

Overall a good session for GK's. 1vs1 is a difficult topic to train with GK but you guys did well. Well done! Hello from Australia
Nice
Broke my tibia and fibula, when going up to catch the ball, however these videos get me excited to start training again, another great video

Looks like Armando needs a little 1v1 session with me🤔
please do another crossing session
Another great vid as always 👍
May I ask, what drills do you recommend a 14 yr old keeper can do to train individually without the need for a partner?

Muito bom amigo ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤❤❤
Your volleys are very accurate in the activation drill.... About how long does it take to reach that level... Just curious
takes a while to be honest haha
But filming the sessions and then rewatching both the good & bad services, is HUGE to see what's going right vs wrong. Best way to improve your volleys imo
Where is this coach from?
I watched movie well!! Thank you!!
haw to get merch
Can I join your session if i can proove that I'm better?
Best regards
How tall are they?
What's is sound?
26 min😍
Anybody know the song of the intro???

Im my opinion fatigue is causing bad technique/positioning/reaction.
