Why such a fancy valve for builder grade shower?
A month ago, the homeowner was replaced for a new double sink countertop 8:27 with undermount sinks. I was installed modern faucet there. So after owner decided to replace the shower valve too and towel bar and toilet paper holder in one style - Eurocube.
@@FixitAll he could have just updated the trim. But if he wants to waste money I guess you can't stop him. Shower tile still doesn't match the modern style he was going for
It's a very complicated process to fix and I bet it would be around $500 to $600 for parts and labor?
Eurocube Single-Handle Pressure Balance Valve $100 ,
handle and face trim $100,
shower head $160,
shower head arm $120
- all these bought the homeowner and it was around $500.
My labor for valve replacement, wall and tile repair, plus was repaired 4 spot on two walls after old towel bar holders.
The total labor was $1,600
