I agree with your statement about PSX. however, the diamonds weren’t transfered (for good reasons, of course). also, Pets Go is the reason PS99 didn’t do updates for 4 weeks and is a very P2W and lazy game. just my opinion.
@@arcadeofgames alright. another opinion of mine is that i kinda wished pets go would be more like pokemon go, where instead of hatching pets, you would catch them. which would be super fun! it would make for a great redemption arc for big games but... its an rng game, take it or leave it

Honestly the game got progressively more greedy. Pet sim (OG) was decent you didn’t have to be super pay to win. You still benefit a lot. The song designs wasn’t too strategic to get you addicted. Pet sim 2 with the VIP stuffs while being annoying wasn’t that bad. The designs was new. Pet sim X is still playable if you are F2P with grinding and actual gameplay which is just clicking but still. Pet sim 99 is literally afk but you at least have to move to the egg to get pet do event and use the economy since pets at least have usages. Pet go is just afk, pet doesn’t do shits other than being rare and the model is just recycling them from Pet sim 99.
Honestly my prediction is the next game will simplify the market into a feature of the main game like an online shopping market to stimulate the buying culture more. And just make the game more afk-ish cuz they can open stuffs while selling. Inventory will have automate upgrades to make them stand there forever. It is the most profitable and most gambling way ever lmao
