@@alunthomas932 Just make sure you have the correct part as there are two exactly the same parts however one doesn't have a through hole towards the right and the other one does. It's a time consuming process however you will be fine. Just be patient with it as it's a Vokers lol
That was a cracking video. This looks like a pain of a job. Not the best boilers to work on
Yes it was slightly tricky however the customer insisted to have the old boiler fixed so we complied.

No it was the plastic manifold which developed a pin hole over time.
