E20 fault came back after the thermistor was changed. So what's next?
Have you made sure that the wiring harness is intact? Check the wires (continuity test) between the thermistor and PCB.

You wouldn't expect this cable to be damaged as they have used a thick quality cable however I have come across it many times where it's faulty.

So if that cartridge snaps when removing? Can you open the the flow nut on the bottom to help take out the rest of old cartridge?
@@Razz60 Yes you can remove the whole block and try to remove the cartridge. Many engineers would just change the block instead of changing the cartridge.

Great explanation. However I assume that if an existing system with a wireless thermostat was replaced with a Hive system then a simple replacement of the programmer is the only change required, ie no linking of brown and blue ch wires at the junction box.

Excellent vid ! I think, when using it on a higher RPM the steel becomes harder because the surface of steel when heated, causes it to harden. Hence slower drilling, less heat and means it will drill better through it.

sir I have a question, this aqua signal ignites the gas boiler but is it a continous signal or just a one time ? the reason i am asking this is , i am doing a project and i have connected a electric heater to heat water but i dont want to run both heaters at same time and want to save my gas money so i figured if i just block this aqua signal , i can stop gas boiler from igniting ! so please if you reply it will be a huge help ! thanks in advance!!
@@YatofromNoragami The aqua sensor is a continuous signal as it keep the boiler on whilst the hot water demands remains on. If the aqua sensor is removed from the turbine, the boiler won't recognise the hot water demand hence won't fire up for hot water.
