The property has incredible potential, it would be a pity to change the flooring given the value that each of those tiles has, however this the right furnishings it could really work with the property! But the beauty of homes is that everyone can give their own personal input :) - Stefanie
@@derricklangford4725 That’s the joy of renovation, you can put your own stamp on it. I’ve done many properties over the years, and favour a ‘neutral’ approach as that makes them easier to sell. The one thing you can’t change is the location, which for this villa is lovely.
You buy not only a place in Italy, you also buy the charm. I would't change anything big. If they would renovate it and make it a cookie cutter home I wouldn't buy it. We have declined many houses because the charm is gone. I want just the charm that makes a house in Italy different of my house in The Netherlands.

Great potential, but needs gutting back to bare wall, new flooring, kitchen bathrooms etc, so quite a big investment. Lovely location though.
Why? The floors and walls look wonderful.
