It depends: if Dls 21 just updates, you can normally keep it. But if Dls 21 is removed and you have to install the "Dls 22" app, I don't think you can keep Rooney.

It depends: if Dls 21 just updates, you can normally keep it. But if Dls 21 is removed and you have to install the "Dls 22" app, I don't think you can keep Rooney.
