Good question! In my opinion strenght is very important for a CB. For the ranking in my video I added all 8 stats: Saliba 630, Rüdiger 631. Also for the developer (First Touch Games) Rüdiger is higher ranked (13th) than Saliba (18th); see their ranking for example on Facebook.
