If you’re asking why that person has that in his head where heart has that and he said it’s called like dandruff it’s dry on the skin mixing up with with like particles with your hair so like it gets stuck really deep and it comes up because of the oil, the dry skin particles from your hair yeah so it’s called dandruff

Washing your hair often is a good idea, but this isn't caused by lack of hygiene. This is dandruff, it's just someone who has an overproduction of skin on their scalp that flakes off. Almost everyone has some level of dandruff, this is just a more severe case.
