@@davidharris3459 It's not cheap for sure! We stayed on at weeknight off-season which helps with the price a bit.
Love the video - thanks for posting. Was the room quiet? I read a review that the room type you showed was near elevator. Asking because we just booked the executive queen suite for the summer with our kids and dog. :)
@@bradz804 It was quiet in the room and all rooms are fairly close to the elevator because the elevators are very central to where the rooms are located. We’ve also stayed in an ocean view room and that was a lot more noisy because you heard Ocean Boulevard at night. We hope you have a great trip!

Thank you for the informative video!! Will be there next month!! I did read on some the reviews problem's with the long wait for elevator's and the shower drain. The water was not going down. Water goes everywhere because there is only one door that don't close!! Thanks again :)
We didn't have a problem with a slow drain nor with the elevators being slow, but we were there more "off season" so maybe the elevator issue is during peak season. Glad the video was helpful! Enjoy your trip!

Great place. Would definitely stay there.Beautiful room and great breakfast buffet.The kitchen amenities definitely come in handy.We always grocery shop to pick up snacks and small meals while we visit. Staying for Christmas week.Lots of incredible deals on hotels and car rentals for the Holidays. Than kn s Carmen and Brian for the tour.🔥🔥🔥🔥👍

I would have liked to know the room price, but great video
It varies a lot. We were paying between $200-300 a night, but we were there off season and on a weeknight, but in peak season on a weekend it can be upwards of $600 a night. On Marriott's website you can plug in any dates and get pricing. Glad you enjoyed the video!
That looks great, I like extras, like the bikes that are included, and the lobby and pool areas with the great views, the breakfast looks good also
It really was a great resort. Yes we loved the extras like the free bikes and the free cooked breakfast. Really had that full blown resort feel instead of just a hotel.

My question is how are they parking spaces we drive a four-door dually is there room be able to park that ?
I think that would be tight. You might have to park across 2 spaces. When we were there they had ample parking but we weren't there during prime season.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn in North Myrtle Beach, but when I go back in November I'll go to this Residence Inn and make my own meals and save some money. And the views!!! Thanks for your videos! 🏝🏖❤

I love hotel reviews. of all hotels, good bad and in between. I just have a fascination with them for some reason.

Great video and the pool looks so amazing as well as everything else you can do like getting a bike if a person stays at the hotel that would really cool to ride a bike through Myrtle beach.

I really like everything I see here I would definitely stay at this hotel…..but I do love the hotels that have a lot of pools and lazy rivers.
We enjoyed this hotel so much we stayed there again in an ocean view room and we’ll have a tour coming up of that room in the future.
The rooms certainly looks nice as well as the place in general. I would not hesitate to stay there for a few days but for a longer stay I prefer a low rise condo. Feels more homey. Thank for posting.
We definitely enjoyed staying here. I understand what you’re saying about condos. Before we had a place at Myrtle Beach and before my parents had a place at Myrtle Beach we used to stay in condos sometimes.

We love it, and are headed back there next week! It is a great place for us since it is dog friendly!! And it really is a pretty hotel.

I plan on one day retiring there. I would love. To make a hotel/resort only TH-cam channel. Basically showing a random room the.resort amd everything they have to offer. Don't. Know really where to start and if this could even be done recording with. A cell phone. I think this would be a great TH-cam channel for people looking for an unbiased look into the resorts/hotels

I noticed the bar area is named the driftwood. I do remember there was a driftwood hotel along ocean blvd. Do you know if the name is in honor of the driftwood hotel?
We stayed at the driftwood a few times when our kids we small. My mom would come along too. They had a "common area balcony " not a private balcony. She loved sitting there and watching the cars go up and down OB.
Just a few weeks til we are back at the beach. I cant wait!
My mom has had another fall and is back in rehab.

I find those coffee makers to be a waste because they give you filter packs that make a full pot. I appreciate when they have Keurigs instead.
We're not coffee drinkers but that makes sense! I also like the Keurig style because I can get hot water for tea from them quickly.
