Man, poor guys... Aside from some Freakachu-caused Mood Whiplash at the end, the entire thing is extremely sad and makes you want to hug Red, Blake and Typhlosion and wish that Freakachu wasn't as crazy as he was so you could hug him as well. Red is right, he, Blake, Typhlosion and Freakachu deserve better than being frozen zombies (and in Freakachu's case, being utterly insane).
Right? These kinds of stories make you wish there was some alternate ending where all of them could be saved, but I guess that's what we have AUs for.
This is unique, it was really good how you showed what Blake felt. In short, i enjoyed every second.

Canon Red, Gold and Ethan must be happy now... Whereas Mt Silver Red and Blake suffer in the hell, while Red has accepted fate, Blake, on the other hand, was too foolhardy and didn't even realize that he was in hell, and Freakachu killing him? I suspect that it was Red trying to help the poor soul who couldn't accept death...
In the scene where Freakachu pierced Gold/Ethan/Blacke's belly and showed his scary face, my heart almost came out of my mouth, I was so scared.
