2:00 is just a fabulous lyric. When he says that line the vocalist leads gold’s voice to become higher and more powerful with passion. Then moving to the next lyrics, “Mother can you hear my dying words.” And the lyrics after (2:02). These lines fills me with almost a strength/hatred. The way the vocalist handles that part of the song he made it not only sound good, but he wanted to give Gold a loving mind. Lastly at 2:43 with the rest of golds lyrics and red’s. I love the way how they are fighting between truth and reality. I just noticed. Gold goes through the 5 stages of grief in these lyrics. Granted they're out of order, but its still a nice touch. Red keeps mentioning Gold's denial, believing that he can get out of here alive His anger shows when he's telling Red to shut up and to stop telling him he's going to die. He bargins, asking to take him and let his Pokemon live His depression is pretty clear throughout the entire song And towards the end he finally accepts his situation and succumbs to the frostbite

I'M BACK AGAIN to inform you this song has been STUCK in my brain for the ENTIRE WEEK! And if I wasn't about to sleep, I'd say how much I loved the emotional duet between Red's grim acceptance and Silver's desperate denial, as well as the gradual loss of hope until the end! To say nothing about Red's final sympathetic line to Silver, how unfair it truly is them both, and despite Silver's last line it left me hoping Red would at least keep him company. 😭❤️
This is a really late comment, but I just wanna say that this is such amazing lyrics. There’s so many parts in the lyrics that just hit so harder than it should in it’s part of the song. The Emotion and the pure lyrics , THIS IS A LITERAL SWAG MOMENT HERE The stuff I love about the lyrics is that they are actually not ignoring the pain , Blake with heavy breath's , Red suffering from misery and depression. It also show's that they were fools and naive , they know that it will be dangerous but they ignored it anyways. This part --> 1:47 This is a perfect way to perfect perfection. Personally, this was my favorite part of the song already and these lyrical cover has only improved on that part. The lyrcis are clever, the story behind the lyrics are eerie. It is all very well done. Very well done, keep it up! My only gripe is to try improving the on-screen lyrics. A vision or not the fact Red only looks slightly bothered by the cold while Gold looks destroyed the entire song is the most metal thing I’ve ever seen. Red is so badass that even a vest in unreasonably cold piercing weather only gets a slight reaction out of him until frostbite inevitably comes.

Is nobody going to talk about how Blake is freezing to death in the begining? To me, it's sad, knowing he travled all this way to the top just to fight red, just to find that Red has already died.
You can see Reds Using his right arm but keeps his left in his pocket and also keeps most pressure on his left angled leg which is why both are missing from the cold. Also Blake's Frozen Hair Causes His Right Covered Eye To Come Out, Possibly His Hair Stuck To It And He Accidentally Pulled It Out. Blake's Right Arm Is Missing Because He Had To Pick Up The Item In The Snow And When He Bent Down His Left Leg Was So Angled It Crunched Off.

The realization that Typlosion is using it's flame to warm and protect silver draws out that begging tone, "there's still time to save yourself, you still have hope to remain whole." Here i think is the transition of the song in regards to Silver KNOWING he'll perish here. Begging Typlosion to save itself is in itself a way of trying to preserve the fact of his existence/saving, "If I die keep living!". After all that only to hear an, "I'm Sorry, we we're wronged." From Red watching Silver's struggle, the tiniest bit of pity and comfort offered from someone who'd accept their own fate long ago. Although based on how you feel about Red having used Destiny Bond to end them both could also be taken as a form of Mercy/Selfishness.

Ok I should’ve said this a while back, but I would love to hear the song like this on music apps, it’s so good, and the lyrics are so fitting! Gold is like the embodiment of hope and red as hopelessness, and it’s also like red believes in fate but gold believes in controlling your own life. 3 minutes of lyrics and just says so much. 2:00 is just a fabulous lyric. When he says that line the vocalist leads gold’s voice to become higher and more powerful with passion. Then moving to the next lyrics, “Mother can you hear my dying words.” And the lyrics after (2:02). These lines fills me with almost a strength/hatred. The way the vocalist handles that part of the song he made it not only sound good, but he wanted to give Gold a loving mind. Lastly at 2:43 with the rest of golds lyrics and red’s. I love the way how they are fighting between truth and reality. Here i think is the transition of the song in regards to Silver KNOWING he'll perish here. Begging Typlosion to save itself is in itself a way of trying to preserve the fact of his existence/saving, "If I die keep living!". After all that only to hear an, "I'm Sorry, we we're wronged." From Red watching Silver's struggle, the tiniest bit of pity and comfort offered from someone who'd accept their own fate long ago. Although based on how you feel about Red having used Destiny Bond to end them both could also be taken as a form of Mercy/Selfishness.

Now that i think about it, If Gold did make it while scaling back down, he would still die as the thing slowly killing him was also preventing him from death by preserving his almost-dead corpse
Remember, the only reason why Gold even did the journey of climbing Mt. Silver was to battle Red and become the Pokémon Champion. Just imagine how Gold feels, knowing he will die soon, slowly bleeding out and slowly succumbing to Frostbite, only to realize the person he tried to battle to become the Pokémon Champion, is dead. His body rotting and nearly unrecognizable from who he was before. Gold must feel heartbroken.. Now knowing he climbed up Mt. Silver for nothing, and to just now die to his horrible fate.
