I found lots of videos' for SSO integrations But this is one of the best as this very easy to understand and simple. Your explanation is very interesting ,loved to watch session.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. As of now, there are three types of IDP you could create: (i) Digest, (ii) SAML, (iii) OpenID Connect. Why did you use SAML and not the other ones? What is the difference between each one of them. Thanks.
So there are three things to do after IDP provider record is created ... 1) activate IDP, 2) enable redirect, and 3) activate SSO ... what will happen if you do only #1 and #2? Or only #1 and #3? Trying to understand need for both #2 and #3
Is It possible to clone the sso configurations to target instance and make the sso work on target instance! please give some info on it. waiting for you reply, thank you

Hi @SAASWITHSERVICENOW, I configured the SSO in my PDI and tested and it was working perfectly and now I am unable to access my instance and getting 403 forbidden error, will you be able to advise on it and I was trying from another laptop
Hello. First, Thanks for this video, it helps a lot. When doing a real life implementation in an organization with 100s or 100s of users, do we have to repeat all these steps for each user, or is there a way to automate this process?
Hi Gaurav Hiw the admins would login ? I mean as a user sso is fine but there are some servicenow admin accounts who are not in sso and want direct login... how would they login ?
I agree that one, but after logged in to instance through sso it's showing different user profile A1. Even don't have options to impersonate as well. How we can trouble shoot.
If there are say 1,000 users of Servicenow, do you have to set up email record/config in the IDP for each and every user and each user will use their user ID as set up in the IDP to log in?
I have one doubt .our organization have a lot of users so how we can enabled sso for each user .becz we provide email in user field and given same email address to the system admin profile .
When we integrate sso with servicenow so it will get the user credentials information? Becz user complete data available on servicenow. So is there any AD concept?
My company also didn't give me this kind of explanation, excellent teaching demo.
Glad it was helpful!

Thank you so much for this video. Can you please make a video on User Access Review with ServiceNow?
hi sir, its working, can you please say how many trail for an day
Thank you so much 🙏 for this concept...
I have a doubt. In real-time, Can we use these public providers? Is this possible?
I tried the demo. But It shows the public provider is expired. Can you suggest some other free provider?. Thank you it is a great video.
Superb Thank you !
Good one, I have one small doubt so SSO integration is not same for all providers right?
It depends. Mostly the implementation is quite straight forward like this but for some it might change implementation approach.

Hello Juan. Nope. This should be done by your SSO Team who would sync AD accounts with SSO provider and you need to configure the SSO one time.
@@SAASWithServiceNow Thanks so much for reply
Hi Gaurav
Hiw the admins would login ? I mean as a user sso is fine but there are some servicenow admin accounts who are not in sso and want direct login... how would they login ?
Hi Gaurav, after login instance through sso , how can we disable sso and where we can disable sso.?
It is shown in the video as well. Go to properties under sso and uncheck first checkbox.
I agree that one, but after logged in to instance through sso it's showing different user profile A1. Even don't have options to impersonate as well. How we can trouble shoot.
Go to your instance side door account.
-service-now.com/side_door.do
Try this you can enter your admin account . This will bypass sso
If there are say 1,000 users of Servicenow, do you have to set up email record/config in the IDP for each and every user and each user will use their user ID as set up in the IDP to log in?
Yes, all user data should be available in IDP as well with same email address which is in ServiceNow.
I have one doubt .our organization have a lot of users so how we can enabled sso for each user .becz we provide email in user field and given same email address to the system admin profile .
Sorry, May be I did not get your question completely.
