JJ went to college,became a legend, went to the nba,had a 15 year career, retired,got into media and podcasting and became a head coach of Lebrons team all while lebrons been playing in the nba and averaging 25 that whole time. thats some insane longevity
Kareems longevity is more impressive to me honestly, not that lebrons isnt impressive ofc, but kareem went to college for 4 years and only had 70s-80s sports science

It's not set up for failure at all. These teams are just going insane the past 5 years ish. Coaches getting fired for no reason. You either coach a garbage team and keep your job or coach a good team and get fired if you don't win a title in two years. Maybe they will change that narrative because it won't look good on the Lakers if they fire ANOTHER coach. Bron will retire in a year or two so I think he'll be fine. The Lakers are just delusional and expect to win a title every other year just because they have Lebron.
