@@wilmerstall3933 Even some of the guys doing calisthenics are most likely on gear unless they have god tier genetics and a good diet. Some of them are really big, but that still wouldn't negate any of the work they have to put in to get those moves done, I know the practice and work it takes first hand.

you know, this is what keeps me from giving up...the biggest, buffest guys are usually the kindest and most supportive people you see. They ate their fill of shit to get where they are. they know the grind. nothing but love and respect for them.
Just make sure you find one chill enough to let you know what cycles they went on throughout their training.

What I really respect about strength athletics is the fact that while its athletes are of course extremely competitive (not to mention insanely strong), they're also very encouraging and respectful to people.

Bevor in die USA gegangenen ist hat er sogar noch ein "Florido Beach" auf der Donausinsel geplant nach Muscle Beach als Vorbild. Er dürfte aber dann gemerkt haben dass das nicht so wirklich was werden kann mit soviel Regen und Winter, da hat er sich gleich nach L.A verpisst 😅
Hab ihn oft im Mcfit in der Lugner City gesehen, er ist schon damals unmenschlich massiv gewesen, also in real noch mehr als auf Videos, nur dass er ja jetzt nochmal ordentlich draufgepackt hat. Einfach ein Viech 😂

My cousin used to do those saying it would it increase his muscle fast twitch hypertrophy. He ended up having the bar slip in his grip and was decapitated. There is a lawsuit now against the gym for allowing him to do those.
This shows one of the reasons why people spend so much time in gyms. There's a real sense of camaraderie and respect because everyone has much the same goals.

You'll actually find that a lot of really fit,buff and strong guys and girls in the gym are really down to earth and decent people without spite. WHY?
Because they were once a normal or weaker or fatter person and they remember and understand the shame and ridicule they experienced and vowed to change themselves, one gym session at a time.
They have also transcended the envious, spiteful side of their inside egos are are there to train and help others if others seek help.
The gym is just like any other cross section of society, however, I've found that most people are there to Zen out as they find exercise calms them and fills them with endorphins.
Asshats at a gym are usually checked and put in place by the larger stronger, fitter members who have probably travelled through their own asshat phase, so realise there is no progress by putting others down and you only help yourself by helping others.....at least that's what I've found at gyms I've frequented.

AB A true test of their character would be if they go the Mike O'Hearn route and try to say that they didn't achieve an unnatural looking body composition of all muscle and literally unhealthy low levels of body fat like a pro body builder with the help of drugs. If they're honest about it, then I see them as a good person and not a douche bag giving the right idea to impressionable younger lifters and fitness enthusiasts of what is realistically achievable naturally with hard work, good diet and programming, etc..
