Wow really loved those pointers! Especially the one about consistently having the movement go left to right which makes the video flow more smoothly and it transports the viewer as if they are along the journey. I never thought of that but it's so true!

I have been doing something similar for over two years now. I capture every weekend on video and condense it down into a 60 second long video that tells a flowing story with no dialog and set to music. I can tell you that just doing that has changed the way that I shoot all video and do all of my edits for personal and client projects. I am constantly thinking about how do I get from A to B and tell the story efficiently and effectively simply through visuals.
