How To Make A Travel Film in 2024

- One of my favorite kind's of videos to make is my "video postcards", and if there is any style that I think has really helped me create my own "style"... it is this. Through the colors, the people, the framing, the emotions, I have really noticed that this style is something I love more than anything. Travel films have been dead for a while but i really think that by creating some variation of nostalgia you can make a modern day travel film that will not feel like you're living in 2016. I really hope this helps you. Let me know if it does!
This one is for the people wandering "how do i film my vacation", "how to film your everyday life", and "how to get the vintage look in video".

Love the colors! Are you using any luts, or doing everything yourself?
Occasionally using the Phantom LUTs but a lot is done on my own!

Love your video. Joey, how did you create this beautiful vintage frame?
I just used a color matte and the roughen edge tool on the clip!
@@joeypusateri_ Thank you.
I love the colors! With the ND filter, are you shooting in log and color grading?
Yep! Shooting log and color grading!
can you do a video on how you color grade like this?
Eventually, wanna make it right
NICE
🤘🏽
There has to be something that one can afford that you’ve created😭😭😭
not sure what you mean there, but you could do it with a lot of different cameras (even your phone if you know how to color grade)
@@joeypusateri_ Yes, I've also just started creating content here! I'm still learning how to get the most out of my cell phone camera. And learning color grading is fun, right?!
Hii, first of all your video is really nice! The color grading is so dawm good^^ Can you pleaaassee make a tutorial how you did it? It is the exact way I wanna color grade too, but I am very new into shooting video and I don’t really understand how to do it. I’m still practicing and would be so thankful if you could share your knowledge about color grading 🫶🏼 0:42
