Hi, I have just installed the C8W Pro 2K camera. All works fine but my speaker volume seems a bit high when I "Press and talk" and I get a lot of "Feedback" noise and squalling noises. Do you know if there is a configuration option to overcome this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, the C8PF supports one night vision mode, so there is no option to switch. You can turn the Device Alarm Mode to Mute and turn off the Alarm Notification in the Settings - Alarm Notification of your EZVIZ App. Thanks.
When are you going to put a RJ45 port on the mount instead of making people drill 20mm holes through walls? Do you know how annoying it is to need a 20mm masonry drill bit?

Hi, because the C8W Pro 2K can also rotate 80° vertically, it can provide a 360° view. The camera will not automatically switch the field of view, you can switch it by clicking on the pre-set dots on your phone. Thanks for your interest.

I want to delete device and add again but i am not in the same country now. How can i add ezviz c8pf model camera remotely to my ezviz app again? Please help

Not so impress about this claimed camera, no motion detection, alarm function just make camera emit sound and nothing else I mounted SD 128 Gb,device recognize and formatted, but is not recording and can't find in the app how ro select SD instead than cloud. And official video don't show it too, disappointed by consideringits among the expensive on market.
This camera needs better software. The human detection is nowhere near as good as the C3N or C3X. Motion detection works, but causes notifications all night from bugs or wind blowing.
