I didn't even realize that I needed to forgive the abusers in my life. I am forever grateful for this amazing Word and vessel he used to share it at just the right time! It took 4-5 years to understand the 50:20 and realize every betrayal was part of the plan to put me on a collision course straight to a relationship with God. How can that not be a blessing? Of course the enemy tries to play my mind when I see particular people that played their part but I focus back on God rescued me from their hands and protected me. That makes me give a pleasant smile at them. Only God can change your heart and mind. I am very much loved ❤️

I never once wanted vengeance, just redemption. It turns out it was God’s intention for me to have a horrible life and future. It was Gods intention was for the situation to be final, because it’s now too late for God to ever bring it to a good situation. I hate that I ever trusted God and His plan for me, I truly regret ever having hope in God
If you go after understanding, then whether life is good or bad, u will NEVER blame God. Our thoughts and ways are not God’s, so if you feel tempted to be angry at God, re examine what you don’t understand and ask God to reveal. God will do it!!!! That’s love!

I'm glad you called out the end that just bc you forgive someone doesn't mean you'll be bffs. So many people think that forgiveness wipes the slate clean and you start over. That isn't the case. You don't just get over infidelity or broken trust. Forgiving abuse, or assault doesn’t mean you put yourself in a position to be hurt again. I've seen that twisted. I would be interested in how people rebuild trust after trauma but that's a whole other sermon. Lol thank you for your encouraging sermon.
